Exercise really does help the soul.
After two or three days of feeling miserable, a little cardio, pilates, and stretching has slowly leeched the ache from my heart. Not completely, but I feel a little more motivated now. Boyfriend tried to help, but I just feel timid whenever he attempts to help. I really need to teach him how to calm me down.
Either way, only a few days until Travis and I hit the road for Bonnaroo. Only a few days to get myself into gear.
